You are:

- Fresh Grad:You are fresh grad with Business desgree or equivalent.
- Communicative: You have a strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Passionate: You are passionate and have keen interest to learn about recruitment and HR.
- Well-organized: We move fast and structured, so you need to feel comfortable with this environment.
- Self-Driven: As a startup we define objectives but you have the full responsibility on how to get there (with our assistance of course).

Job Description

• Posting new remote opportunities, creating and managing new startups accounts.
• Coordinating between Marketing and BizDev teams to foster recruitment process
• Screening, filtering and shortlisting remote talents.
• Conducting interviews with talents and rate their applications.
• Onboarding the new talents remotely or in our partnered coworking spaces
• Managing the remote community, gathering feedback from talents and building insights for improvement
• You will be working full time from our Coworking space in Cairo.
